Satoplast International Ltd is proud to be delivering the construction and fit-out works for Plots R3 and R4, a landmark waterfront residential development forming part of the ongoing regeneration of Sugar House Island in Stratford, East London.
This prestigious project will introduce 244 premium apartments to the island, setting a new benchmark for sustainable, high-quality urban living. Designed with a focus on comfort, durability, and architectural excellence, the development combines contemporary design with a strong sense of community and connection to the surrounding waterways.
In addition to the residential units, Plot R4 will include a selection of ground-floor commercial spaces, bringing new amenities and activity to the waterfront and enhancing the vibrancy of the local area.
As Principal Contractor, Satoplast International Ltd is responsible for managing all aspects of construction delivery, coordination, and quality assurance. Our scope includes full structural, architectural, and interior works, ensuring the project is executed to the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and workmanship.
